FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING APRIL 8

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM CHECK IN
Unit leader with checkbook, final count of youth and adults checks in at the Registration Desk. Picks up final agenda and other information
8:00 PM Main Event Guide Meeting
Explain program event execution guidelines and rules, Q&A opportunity. Finalize logistics.
9:00 PM SCOUTMASTER and SENIOR PATROL LEADER Meeting
Only one adult and one Scout per unit. Explanation of camporee rules, patrol deployment for activities, last minute agenda changes, Q&A opportunity - "CRACKER BARREL"
11:00 PM TAPS - LIGHTS OUT

SATURDAY EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES APRIL 9

6:30 AM REVEILLE
8:00 AM FLAG RAISING - Opening Ceremonies - Instructions
8:20 AM TRAINING SESSION
General event basic skills training (Open field area)
Following training, Scouts retrieve lunch from campsite and being trail events
9:30 AM TRAIL EVENTS:
These activities will begin immediately after the instructional period. Patrols will be sent out to random starting point. They need to take their lunches with them when they leave, as they will not return to their campsite for lunch. Once they start the trail they need to continue until finished.
4:45 PM FINAL ACTIVITY
Troop participation (Open field location)
7:00 PM Individual Cooking Contest Judging
Bring entries to the Staff Head Quarters (at Registration)
8:00 PM Camporee Arena Show

CLEAN UP CAMP SITES - PACKING & LOADING GEAR TO DEPART. (SCOUTMASTER OR ASSIGNED TROOP LEADER TO DELIVER SITE MARKERS, PICK UP CAMPOREE ENVELOPES AND SIGN TROOP OUT)
