FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING APRIL 13

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM CHECK IN
Unit leader with checkbook, final count of youth and adults checks in at the Registration Desk. Picks up final agenda and other information
8:30 PM Main Event Guide Meeting and Order of the Arrow Chapter Meeting
Explain program event execution guidelines and rules, Q&A opportunity. Finalize logistics.
Troop OA Representatives to meet and plan support for OA run events.
9:15 PM SCOUTMASTER, SENIOR PATROL LEADER, & OA Representative Meeting
Only one adult and two Scouts per unit. Explanation of camporee rules, patrol deployment for activities, last minute agenda changes, Q&A opportunity - "CRACKER BARREL"
11:00 PM TAPS - LIGHTS OUT

8:20 AM NETAMI CHAPTER MEETING - at Flag Poles
Order of the Arrow members general meeting
8:45 AM FLAG RAISING - Opening Ceremonies - Instructions
General instruction on events and schedule
9:00 AM EVENTS:
These activities will begin immediately after the instructional period.
12:00 AM LUNCH BREAK:
Lunch may be eaten in the field or at campsites.
1:00 PM EVENTS RESUME:
Don't hang around in camp!
4:30 PM EVENTS END:
Troops go to Field #2.
4:45 PM FINAL ACTIVITY
Troop competition (Open field location)
7:00 PM Individual Cooking Contest Judging
Bring entries to the Staff Head Quarters (at Registration)
8:00 PM Camporee Arena Show
