Unit leader with checkbook, final count of youth and adults checks in at the Registration Desk. Picks up final agenda, merit badge cards and other information.

8:30 PM  Order of the Arrow Chapter Meeting
            Troop OA Representatives to meet and plan support for OA run events.

9:15 PM SCOUTMASTER, SENIOR PATROL LEADER, & OA REPRESENTATIVE Meeting

            Only one adult and two Scouts per unit.

Explain program event execution guidelines, Q&A opportunity. Finalize logistics.

Explanation of camporee rules, patrol deployment for activities, last minute agenda changes, Q&A opportunity - "CRACKER BARREL"

SATURDAY EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES APRIL 10

6:30 AM REVEILLE

8:20 AM NETAMI CHAPTER MEETING - at Flag Poles

Order of the Arrow members general meeting

8:45 AM FLAG RAISING

Opening Ceremonies – General instruction on events and schedule.

9:00 AM EVENTS BEGIN – Participants go to their assigned field/merit badges.

These activities will begin immediately after the instructional period.

Noon - 1:30 PM Lunch

1:30 PM EVENTS RESUME – Participants go to opposite field from the AM.

Don't hang around in camp after lunch!  Enjoy the afternoon activities.

4:30 PM EVENTS END     

            Scouts patrol fields for trash before returning to campsites for dinner.

7:00 PM  COOKING CONTEST

BRING ENTRIES TO JUDGES AT REGISTRATION SHELTER.

8:00 PM CAMPOREE ARENA SHOW

Participant Recognition, Order of the Arrow Tap-out Ceremony

CLEAN UP CAMP SITES - PACKING & LOADING GEAR TO DEPART. (SCOUTMASTER OR ASSIGNED TROOP LEADER PICK UP CAMPOREE ENVELOPES AND SIGN TROOP OUT)
