The forms were created using Microsoft Excel 2000 and are ".xls" filetypes.
The forms should be usable if you have some of the more recent versions of
Microsoft Works, Lotus or similar "spread sheet" processing programs.
Contents of Multiple Page Spread Sheets
Each is a multiple page spread sheet that contains instructions, attendance
tracking, Cub Den status, individual forms for from 8 to 12 Cubs, a "sample"
form" and a Cub Summary tracking sheet.
GETTING THE FORMS
The forms listed below can be obtained from this site. Click on the form
you wish to copy and after the file "opens" click on "FILE" and then use "save
as" to save the file to your system. If, in some cases, the "OPENING" dialog
box appears asking if you want to "open it" (the selected file) or "save it
to disk", select "save to disk" and then click "OK".
The files may take several minutes or more to copy as they vary in size:
