Attendees: Martin Banning, Keith Biegert, Beckie Dayton, Bob Gamble,
	   Jerry Jester, Roger Lear, Lu Little, Susan Long, Jim McGraw,
	   Bill Reynolds, Suzie Slopek, Robbie Spivey, Chris Thomson,
	   Gary Thorn, Ed Walsh and Ron Werley (16).

1. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Robbie Spivey.

2. The January 2006 minutes were approved as written.

3. Commissioner Service - Susan Long;  Charters will be done at St. Andrew's
   on March 7, from 6pm to 9pm and on March 13, from 6pm to 9pm on half hour
   intervals.  Units should send Susan an e-mail to let her know when they
   want to do the recharters.  We have 3 units that are not rechartering.

4. Membership - Bill Reynolds; Bill will discuss the goals at today's meeting.

5. Camp Promotion - Bob Gamble;  Bob has a pitch that was developed for the
   units that he will plan to give at one of our RoundTables.

6. Activities & Civic Service - Chris Thomson;	Chris is new to the job and
   will require our assistance as she develops the goals for the District.

7. RoundTable ADC - Gary Thorn;  Gary will present his goals at today's
   goal setting session.

8. Training - Suzie Slopek; Suzie reported that there are many training events
   coming up soon this year.  The Council website Training Calendar has quite
   a few of the dates and the flyers.

9. Health and Safety - Jim McGraw;  Jim and Ed Walsh have planned to have a
   Health and Safety training event at one of our upcoming Roundtables.

11. Finance - Jerry Jester;  Jerry has agreed to head up our Family Champaign
    again this year.


The calendar for 2006 will be finalized today.
