Susan wants to thank all of the ADC's and UC's for their extensive help in
   getting this year's re-chartering done!

Susan said that she thinks that next year it is very possible that on-line
re-registration for our units may NOT be optional.

NOTE TO COMMITTEE MEMBERS: If you are not affiliated with a unit make sure
you are registered with the BSA for 2005. Some of us were NOT!

our long time Council Professionals. Jeff Rock, who has been with our
Council since 1986, left to take the Scout Executive position for the
Shawnee Trails Council in western Kentucky.
Thanks to Dusty Fletcher, the Activities and Civic Services Chairlady for
the Hemlock District, we (Dusty, Susan Long and Roger Lear) were able to
present a framed plaque with the Scouting "You can do it" drawing in it,
with the signatures and sentiments of many of our Crosswinds and Hemlock
District Scouters. The plaque, Jeff and the presentors, is present on
our website. We know Jeff will be an excellent Scout Executive!
