Jerry Jester, Roger Lear, Susan Long, Jim McGraw, Robbie Spivey,
Gary Thorn and Ed Walsh (11).

1. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Robbie Spivey.

2. The Crosswinds District minutes for May 2005 were approved as written.

3. Membership/Relationships - Martin Banning for Bill Reynolds: Cub recruiting
kickoff next week, June 7, as reported last month. Our current registration
numbers are 748 Cub Scouts, 813 Boy Scouts and 44 Venture Scouts. Martin is
working on an Impact Athletics Pack, Troop and Crew (225) and Apex UMC is
starting a Pack and White Oak Baptist Church has almost finished lining up
their Pack 359. By mid-July Martin says we should have these 5 new units.

4. Commissioner Service - Susan Long: Susan delivered or mailed unit roster
printouts to all our units to start the June inventory.

NOTE to Unit Leaders: You should contact your UC, Susan or Martin and tell
them if there are changes or if there are NO changes in your unit roster.
If you have training updates for your unit leaders, you should report those
changes to Suzie Slopek. Don't bother putting unit leader training updates
on your roster for the Scout Office as those updates will NOT get put in
Scout Net (due to some programming difficulties that no one seems to be able
   to solve).

NOTE: To Committee and Unit Leaders for the August 18, RT Kick-off meal.
The RT Kick-off meal will start at 6:30pm. Committee members will provide
the desserts. We will have BBQ sandwiches, chips, etc.. Let's have a good
   turnout!

RoundTable ADC - Gary Thorn: We had 51 attendees at the May RoundTable.
29 of our units (out of 52) were represnted at the May RT.
Tom Stalker did Safety Afloat and Safe Swim Defense training at the May RT.

Boy Scout RoundTable Commissioner - Jerry Jester: The upcoming June RT will
consist of planning the 2006 RT programs, so Unit leaders be thinking about
what programs you would like to see in 2006. Health and Safety Class will
be held at the September RT and of course the Annual Recognition Event is
in October, so there is no RT.

Note: Remember there is no RT or Committee meeting in July (next month).

5. Finance - Martin Banning: The Community Campaign is at $2.5K, Major Gifts
at $40K and Family Campaign at $75K, so we are at about 119% of our goal.

Popcorn - Beckie Dayton: Our District Popcorn Sale will end on October 29.
This is so Beckie can get all the information together in one week to give
to the Council. Area Kernel Training is at Wake Commons Building at 4011
Carya Drive on June 15th, with the meal at 6:30pm and the meeting at 7pm.

6. Activities and Civic Service - Open position - No report.

7. Cub Scout Program - Open position and no reports were made.

8. Boy Scout Program - Ed Walsh: The 2005 Council Camporee planning is moving

   and 10 projects were approved.

 9. Order of the Arrow - Tom Doligalski: No report.

10. Venturing - We understand that between 150 and 200 Scouts have signed up
to attend the Venture Vortex. We are hoping more will register.

University of Scouting to be held on Nov. 12, 2005 at Wake Tech.

UNIT LEADERS TAKE NOTE OF THE ABOVE COURSES! For course details see the
