13. Our District is re-structuring the Committee and the agendas for our
District Committee meetings. The re-structure mainly affects the groups
that report to the individual function Committee chairs and separates the
Committee meeting into two main meeting parts; the first where the separate
committees meet and report to their chairpersons and then a second meeting
where the chairpersons report the results of the first meetings to the Key
    3. More will be published on the group reporting structure and the agenda
as it becomes available. We will follow the new agenda for the September
    District Committee Meeting.

14. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Our District Committee Meetings will now be held in
the Old Fellowship Hall of the Cary First Baptist Church on the corner of
    S. Academy St. and W. Park St. (the street between the Cary Library and the
church). Use the North side entrance to the church (the wooden door under
the overhang that has the buzzer mounted on the side of the door frame).
Go in the door and turn LEFT. The Old Fellowship hall is at the end of the
hallway (directly under the main Sanctuary). Do not go up or down any
stairs. The meetings will still be held on the first Thursday of each
month (except July) and will start at 7:00 pm.
