The Theme for the Camporee was "Emergency Preparedness" and the first couple hours of the Camporee were spent on the open field at Camp Reeves, refreshing the Scouts skills in emergency situations. Here they have broken into troops and adult Scouters are covering some of the things they will need to know as they start on the "Emergency Preparedness" trail, later in the morning.
