          when conducting BLT for new or existing Cub Scout Leaders.
          It covers the full range of training required for adults in the
          Tiger, Cub and Webelos programs.

          It can be viewed by itself to give new Cub Scout leaders an in
          depth knowledge of the Cub Scout program.

          NOTE:  This tape has been superceded by the New Leader Essentials
                 tape and the Cub Scout Leader Specific training tape.
                 It remains in our library because it is a well presented
                 program on Cub Scouting.
