The following tape is used by Scout training personnel in
              teaching new Scouting leaders in a class or course environment.

              The tape is associated with a syllabus that explains the method,
              subjects and information that is to taught in each class/course.
              A CD ROM accompanies the tape.  It contains the course manuals
              in a PDF format and digital presentations for the courses.
