               workbook is required for use with the video presentation.

         This video program shows the troop adult leaders how to conduct a
         Troop Junior Leader Training session.

         It covers training in leadership, cooperation, conflict resolution
         and building team spirit in the troop.  It is intended to be shown
         to new or existing troop youth leaders.

         Part 1 previews the preparation for the training session.

         Parts 2 - 5 cover the training for the unit's youth leaders.
